Client Criteria
It’s important to acknowledge that although we are establishing a middle market client criteria, there are no set rules for involvement.  This happens to be the range we are positioned to see the most activity based upon our experience and expertise.  We will, on a case-by-case basis, provide assistance and service on either side of the equation if we decide to contract with the potential client.  The decision process is quite simple and swift, once we conference with the potential client and are apprised of the current financials or other significant factors.

Revenues: $10 million to $1 billion
EBITDA: Minimum of $1 million
